Will Call and walk up ticket purchases begin 2 hours prior to all ticketed performances.
Tickets are also available online on Ticketmaster. Tickets are not available by phone purchase.

The Mahaffey Theater Box Office windows are located on the outside of our venue at 400 First St S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. The Box Office accepts MasterCard, VISA, American Express and cash. A matching photo ID must accompany all transactions. Personal checks, money orders, or traveler’s checks are not accepted.
Every person over the age of one must have a ticket to be admitted into the Theater.

Tickets held for Will Call may be picked up as early as 2 hours prior to the event time on the day of the event. The customer must present a photo ID matching the name on the ticket purchase to pick up their tickets.
